A customer has ordered an E870. The system has been built, but cannot be shipped.
What would prevent the system from being shipped?
A . A pre-sale TDA discovered correctable issues that have not been corrected.
B . The mandatory pre-install TDA has not been completed.
C . The IBM System Support representative has not completed the pre-install site visit.
D . The opportunity owner has not released it.
