Avaya Equinox® Attendant provides information from a database lookup for each incoming call. In addition to the call details and call history, information through notes is available.

Who can see or create these notes?
A . Notes can be created by any Avaya Equinox® Attendant user.
B . Notes can be created by any Avaya aura® user.
C . All notes can be seen by any Avaya Equinox Attendant user
